The petitioner is aggrieved by the non compliance of the direction given by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3301 of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel produced the copy of the order dated 18.08.2019 negativing the petitioner's claim. It is for the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
