ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Police protection. 2.The marriage between the petitioner and the third respondent was solemnzied on 22.05.2005. She got divorce from her husband vide order dated 23.01.2024 in HMOP.No.156 of 2022. The petitioner claims that she is working at Pollachi and residing at Dindigul. The third respondent in a drunken mode has come to the petitioner's house on 02.07.2025 and intimidated her tenants to vacate the house and also hand over the rent to him. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and filed the present petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint for the incident said to have taken place on 13.07.2024. She has not furnished any details about her husband. They have verified with the petitioner. The petitioner is also working at Pollachi and therefore, they have treated the petitioner's complaint as CSR.No.248 of 2025 and the same is pending.

4.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the available records.
5.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and shall furnish the details about her husband. The respondent Police is directed to ascertain the facts of the case by enquiring the tenants of the petitioner and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. The enquiry shall be concluded within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
