(MD) No. 9985/2024 dated 08.07.2024 in Crime No. 112/2024 dated 14.05.2024.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has 1/3

complied only for two days.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two days, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a week i.e, Saturday and Sunday for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
