ORDER

The petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass him and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent, would contend that the complaint given by one Kanagaraj, father of the fourth respondent, came to be registered as CSR.No.37 of 2020 and after conducting enquiry, the said petition was closed. 3.Recording the said submission the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
