Nursing at Sakthi College of Nursing for the academic year 2014-2018 by considering the various representations, dated 29.02.2016, 18.03.2016 and 26.03.2016 of the petitioner and pass such further orders. O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Bank to grant educational loan to the daughter of the petitioner, namely Oviya for the course of B.Sc. Nursing at Sakthi College of Nursing for the academic year 2014-2018, by considering the representations, dated 29.02.2016, 18.03.2016 and 26.03.2016. 2.Heard Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent, by referring the counter, would submit that the petitioner submitted educational loan application along-with required documents. The Educational Loan Processing Centre found that the applicant has not submitted proof for her residence. The learned counsel would further submit that if the petitioner produces proof for her residence, the respondent is ready to consider the application of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would furnish the residential proof as required by the respondent within a period one week.

5.Considering the above facts of this case and the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the documents as required by the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and on such production, the respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner purely on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs.
