ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent had complied with the orders passed by this Court in W.A(MD)No.937 of 2020, dated 07.07.2021, by passing an order on 30.10.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received the copy of the order, dated 30.10.2021 passed by the first respondent.
3.The learned Government Pleader submitted that the copy of the order has already been despatched to the petitioner. In any event, the learned Government Pleader has stated that he would furnish one more copy of the order dated 30.10.2021 passed by the first respondent to the learned counsel for the petitioner on or before 02.11.2021.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
