The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Salem, to the Family Court, Dindigul.

2.This Court has issued notice to the respondent. However, the Registry has noted that the respondent cannot be located. In the Trial Court also, the respondent is not actively participating in the litigation. 3.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has to travel 400 kilometres to attend the case in Salem. Further, she is not working and she is not having financial support to travel and for the expenses of the cases.

4.Accepting the contentions of the petitioner, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
