This writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2022 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court and complete the enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.08.2022 is pending for enquiry in C.S.R.No.561 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2/4

4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
