This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.04.2022, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the based on a complaint given by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has given CSR No.269 of 2022. The same is pending for enquiry. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2022 in C.S.R.No.269 of 2022 and conduct enquiry, within a period of fourt weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
