ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass final orders on the charge memo dated 10.09.2011 based on the explanation and enquiry report. 2.According to the petitioner, though the Enquiry Officer after completing his enquiry submitted a report to the respondent, the respondent has not passed any orders on the charge memo based on the charge memo and enquiry report. Hence, he has submitted a representation dated 22.03.2016 to the respondent to close the charges against him which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2016 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
