ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to cancel the sale deed document Nos.3637/2019 and 3638/2019 dated 31.10.2019 dated 04.07.2011 and 834/2024 dated 23.02.2024 registered on the file of the third respondent by invoking proceedings under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act 1908 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. The very Section 77(A) inserted under Registration Act is struck down by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 batch. Hence, the writ petition itself is misconceived. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
