ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2016 to speed up the process of reimbursement and requesting for speedy disposal of the petitioner's medical claim within a stipulated time by this Court.

2.It is stated that the petitioner has submitted a representation 15.04.2016 to the respondents to reimburse his claim for conducting cardiac operation for his daughter and to speed up the same which has not been considered so far. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
