PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.99 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vallam Police Station, Thanjavur District and quash the same. ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.99 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 10.03.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

Mrn 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and chargesheet has already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to rectify the mistakes in the chargesheet and to resubmit the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
