Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in the light of the judgment in WP(MD) No.17690 to 17692 and 17069 of 2015 order passed by this Court dated 25.02.2016 and based on the representation dated 21.04.2016 and reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential service and other monetary benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as against the order passed by the second respondent in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.17690 to 17692 and 17069 of 2015, dated 25.02.2016 and reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential service and other monetary benefits.

2.According to the petitioner, as against the order of the second respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 11.04.2016. Since there was no response, he has also sent representation dated 21.04.2016 which is still https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
