Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned Refusal Check Slip in RFL/Mukkudal/45/2023 dated 14.07.2023 was issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed dated 14.07.2023 in respect of the Sy.no.418/5A, to the extend 16 cents in eastern side out of 21 cents situated at Idaikal Village, Mukkudal Sub Registration Circle, Cheranmahadevi Registration District within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
