O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of C.C.No.406 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No.III, Thoothukudi. 2.It is submitted that on the basis of a false complaint, a case has been registered and on completion of the investigation, charge sheet is filed, which was taken on file against the petitioner for the offence under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

3.During the course of submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that in case if a direction is given to dispose of CC.No.406 of 2023 by fixing a specific time frame, that will meet ends of justice. 4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case is posted for framing of charges on 24.08.2023.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thoothukudi to complete the trial and dispose of CC.No. 406 of 2023 as quickly as possible, not later than 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
