ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 08.01.2025, made in W.P(MD)No.490 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the Management with regard to the approval of appointment of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits.

2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the second respondent has issued proceedings on 29.04.2025, rejecting the proposals submitted by the Management.
