O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to remove the construction put up in Survey No.43/14B1, measuring an extent of 232 sq. metres, situated in Kalakanmai Village, Kalayarkovil Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the said property and states that the patta also stands in her name. According to her, the fourth respondent, without any right or title over the property, has constructed a Gram Seva Centre therein.

3.Mr. M. Mahaboob Athiff, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the construction was put up on Government land about 15 years ago. He further submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with 2/5

law. The said submission is placed on record. 4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.There shall be no order as to costs.
