2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a typographical error has inadvertently crept into the prayer portion and the 1st and 4th paragraphs of the order dated 23.06.2026. Accordingly, the prayer portion and the 1st and 4th paragraphs of the said order shall stand substituted and shall be read as follows: : - ''Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2026 and consequently revoke the order of suspension dated 11.09.2025 passed in proceedings A1/010109/2024, and reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post in the cadre of Revenue Assistant (I/C), in the light of the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.81 (Human Resources Development) dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider 1/3

the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2026 and consequently revoke the order of suspension dated 11.09.2025 passed in proceedings A1/010109/2024, and reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post in the cadre of Revenue Assistant (I/C), in the light of the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.81 (Human Resources Development) dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2026 in the light of the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.81 (Human Resources Development) dated 04.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'' .

3. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 23.06.2026 in W.P.(MD).No.17248 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
