ORDER
These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the above Writ 3/5
Appeals.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 78 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in each petition to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 5.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the Writ Appeals for admission.
