Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents dated 21.07.2019, 22.08.2019 and 28.08.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the persons restraining us and enable our free movement enshrined under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

ORDER
This Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents dated 21.07.2019, 22.08.2019 and 28.08.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the persons restraining them and enable their free movement enshrined under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son got married with one Ramya who belongs to some other community and the village people got enmity due to the intercaste marriage. There was frequent quarrel with the entire villagers and they have fenced the entire house of the petitioner in and around the petitioner's house and they are unable to come out of the house. Therefore she lodged the complaint before the sixth respondent police. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner sixth respondent conducted enquiry in which both the parties agreed to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the fourth respondent, Tahsildhar,Ponnamaravathy Taluk has removed the entire fencing put up the villagers in and around the petitioner's house on 29.08.2019 itself.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. However petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief for the other issues.
