ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents Nos.1 to 4 to issue a prohibitory order against the fifth respondent from conducting any Drama in the petitioner's village or petitioner's temple premises in S.No.188/2, Oothikulam Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Nos.1 to 4 submitted that the fifth respondent filed a representation to conduct a drama, before the third respondent in which, the third respondent passed an order permitting the fifth respondent to conduct the drama.

3.Under these circumstances, now this Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, the third respondent is directed to serve the copy of the above said order to the petitioner, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
