ORDER

The above writ petition had been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in R.S.No.36/20A1, at Karadipatti village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024.

2. This Court, by order dated 29.08.2024, had passed the following order:- "Today, when the matter is taken, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that they would cooperate if a fresh survey is conducted.

2. Therefore, directions are issued to the Tahsildar, Madurai West Taluk, Viratt?pathu, Madurai District, to survey afresh the properties of both parties after perusing the documents of either party and their patta and thereafter, survey and demarcate the same and submit a report to this Court on 26.09 2024 2/4

3 Post the matter on 26.09.2024."

3. Today, a report has been submitted, which is a communication from the Tahsildar sent to the learned Government Advocate enclosing the survey sketch as also the corrections made in the FMB, the 'A' register and Chitta.

4. Considering the fact that the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. If he is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same. No costs.
