Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with order passed by him in his proceedings in Lr.No. AEE/O&M/SMPM/CI/F.ADTS/D.No. 44/4, 2012-13 / dated 10.09.2012 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to refund the compounding fee of Rs. 8,000/- and another amount of Rs. 75,000/- paid as interim payment for restoration of electricity supply within the time that may be stipulated by this Honourable court.

W.M.P.(MD).No.14387 of 2022 The present writ petition has been filed by Shree Bhaduga Seva Trust represented by its Founder Trustee A.Logambal. 2.According to the petitioner, the Founder Trustee A.Logambal had passed away. The Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.(MD). No.14387 of 2022 has been filed to implead the new trustee. However, the impleading application does not reflect the name of the trust, but it only reflects as if one J.Ilayarajan is sought to be impleaded as the proposed petitioner. Hence, this application is not maintainable.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application to substitute the new trustee in the place of A.Logambal. sd/- 07/09/2022 / TRUE COPY / /09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
