ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A), 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.08 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the first accused got married on 15.05.2011 and female child born on 31.10.2014 with disabilities. Hence, the first and second accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and they threatened her and her child. The first accused married the fourth accused on 12.04.2023 and the first accused taken away the defacto complainant's thali chain. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Both the defacto complainant and the first accused are decided to restore their matrimonial life.
4. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
5. The defacto complainant is directed to appear before the respondent Police and give statement regarding restoration of their matrimonial life. 2/3
6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
