This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the Impugned Order of the 1st respondent dated 08.02.2016 made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.120/16/Aa.1, with the consequential direction to the 1st respondent to appoint him as a hereditary trustee of the Arulmigu Subramaniaswamy Temple (Suruli Vellappar), Cumbum, Theni District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.08.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 28.08.2017 (today) under the caption "For Dismissal"
