COMMON PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.153/2023 on the file of the respondent police. COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused herein, who were arrested on (A5-11.05.2023, A8-10.05.2023 ) for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 48, 341, 109 r/w 302 IPC, in Crime No.153 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.This is the second petition for bail. The earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 04.07.2023, considering the grievous allegation made against the petitioners. Now, seeking bail these petitions have been filed, on the ground that final report has been filed and trial commenced before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli in S.C.No.196 of 2023. 3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that on considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the manner in which the occurrence was committed, the earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court, after discussing the issue elaborately. There is no change in circumstances, except filing of final report. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, vehement objection raised by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the stage of trial, this Court is of the view that if the petitioners are released on bail then they may abscond and hamper the trial. There is no change in circumstances, though these are the second petitions for bail. In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the concerned Court for bail.
