O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Brindha, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The petitioner would state that the detenue was studying 3rd B.A., in Government Arts College, Karur and she was found missing from 21.08.2020. Hence, she lodged a complaint with the first respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.338 of 2020 on 23.09.2020. Since no effective steps have been taken to secure the detenue, she has come with the present habeas corpus petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner, the detenue and one Saravanan appeared before this Court through video conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she married the said Saravanan on 23.08.2020 in a Murugan Temple at Peelamedu, Coimbatore. The petitioner is also accepted the marriage of her daughter with the said Saravanan. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

H.C.P.(MD) No.1200 of 2020 4.In the light of the above facts, we are of the view that nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
