With consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Therefore, no counter is required.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the petitioner's petition, dated 13.12.2023.
3. In view of Section 77-A of the Registration Act having been struck down by this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 and Batch cases, dated 02.08.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
