ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9309 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court has passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9309 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025 and enlarged this petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Due to the petitioner's ill-health, he is taking treatment for cancer. Hence, he is unable to execute the bond and not able to arrange sureties and produce before the concerned Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9309 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date 2/3

of receipt of a copy of this order.
