This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2016 dated 29.03.2016 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that charge sheet has made ready and they are going to file the charge sheet tomorrow (07.08.2024) itself.
