ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is working as Conductor in the respondent corporation. He questions the impugned order dated 20.08.2022 whereby he has been suspended from service.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the suspension order was revoked on 26.08.2022 itself. A counter affidavit has also been filed on the same lines. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Leaving open the rights of the writ petitioner to contest the disciplinary proceeding, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
