ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the third respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 29.12.2015 in Na.Ka.No.15413/F4/2012 by reinstating the petitioner in service as Associate Professor in Physics with all consequential benefits.

2.It is stated that the petitioner has submitted a representation 29.12.2015 seeking to implement the order of the first respondent for reinstatement which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
