The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 166 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1554 of 2023 dated 11.08.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Subordinate Court dealing with MCOP cases, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the EP stands posted to 24.06.2026 for reporting compliance.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 23.06.2026.
