ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4546 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD).No.421 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent-police, twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 11/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /07/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
