separate patta dated 18.10.2022, 22.08.2023 and 10.07.2024 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the third respondent to sub-divide the property in S.No.250/1A1A to an extent of 9 acres registered at Sub-Registrar Office, Sayalkudi, Ramnad District and issue separate patta based on the petitioner's representation and the payment challan for subdivision and separate patta dated 18.10.2022, 22.08.2023 and 10.07.2024.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that meanwhile orders have been passed by the Tahsildar, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram, in Na.Ka.No.gp2/1077/2024, dated 05.08.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the fact that the request of the petitioner has been rejected, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 05.08.2024 in Na.Ka.No.gp2/1077/2024. No costs.
