PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take suitable legal action on petitioner's representation/complaint dated 18.07.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

This writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to take suitable legal action on petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 18.07.2022, within the time stipulated fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.07.2022 is pending for enquiry in C.S.R.No.182 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.182 of 2022 and investigate the matter and complete the investigation, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
