ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to regularize the petitioner's service for the period from 17.11.2011 to 26.01.2016, with all consequential monetary benefits, in the light of the observations made in WP(MD)No. 13830 of 2011 dated 02.08.2012 and WP(MD)No.7814 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2026. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu/respondents. 2/4

3.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
