ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii)of IPC in Crime No.111 of 2019. He seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner caused injuries on the head and the wrist of the victim.
