ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.810 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a property dispute between the parties, in respect of which a suit is also pending before the Sub Court, Palani in A.S.No.15 of 2021. Hence, the complaint was closed on 25.09.2021. Hence, there is no harassment at the hands of the second respondent police.
