ORDER

The petitioner wanted the survey to be conducted. This Court disposed of the petitioner's writ petition on 23.01.2023. Contending that the order has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the objections raised by the adjacent land owners have been sustained and rejection order has been passed on 12.06.2023. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4
