Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioners as Anganvadi Workers in Varambu Sadayanpatti Anganvadi, Pusaripatti Anganvadi and Karisalpatti Anganvadi, Sivagangai District, respectively, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 22.07.2019, as per G.O.Ms.No.110, Social Welfare Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 14.05.2012.

2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, the petitioners sent representations to the respondents on 22.07.2019. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court for the relief stated supra. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representations, dated 22.07.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.These Writ Petitions are disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
