ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2020, dated 07.09.2020 under Section 420 of IPC and file a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai District within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.51 of 2020 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks four months time to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
