ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to expedite the investigation and recover the petitioner's auto bearing the registration no.TN-65-AK-2685 relating to the Cr.No.108 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent dated 30.5.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that as on date the person involved in the theft is not traced out and the investigation is going on.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022 and expedite the investigation to find out the culprit.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
