The petitioner has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District/ the first respondent to cancel the patta, which stands in the name of the third respondent. With a grievance that his application has not been considered by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner's application was already decided by the first respondent in Pa.Mu.A. 2/5

4/2174/2023 dated 30.06.2023 and it was rejected. Copy of the proceedings has also been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 30.06.2023, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 30.06.2023 in the manner known to law.
