ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.56/4, Plot Nos.291 to 295 in Kulanthai Yesu Nagar @ Kurunji Nagar, K.Sathanur, Maykudi Village, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his application dated 01.11.2023.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.G.Mathavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 03.11.2008. Patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.504. The petitioner submitted an application on 01.11.2023 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced the online acknowledgement card for submitting the online application and hence, his request has not been considered.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce online acknowledgement card for submitting the online application before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight (8) weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, 3/6
neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
