The petitioner has filed this petition with a grievance that the respondent police have not taken action on his complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired in CSR No.142 of 2025 and closed on 02.07.2025. 3.Recording the above submission this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
