ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.106 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police dated 28.07.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks six months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.106 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
