ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.331/2020, dt. 1/3

24/5/2020 and to file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.331 of 2020 ad also filed final report before the concerned Court, but not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the same, the petition stands closed. However, the trial Court is directed to take the final report on file, if the papers are otherwise in order.
