Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned orders dated 16.08.2019 in Na.Ka.No.m1/4721/2018 (mhpa) in respect of shop Nos.316/24, 317/25, 318/26, 319/27 and shop No.309/17 respectively and the assessment numbers 2002235, 2002236, 202237 & 2002238 and assessment number 2002228 respectively on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

For Petitioners : Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai For Respondent : Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court has already passed a common order in the connected Writ Petitions in W.P.(MD) Nos.19089 etc. batch of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 and the same order can be passed in these writ petitions also.

2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation also reiterated the same fact.

3. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) Nos.19089 etc batch of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 shall cover the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)Nos.19496&19501 of 2019 facts of this case also. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order mentioned in W.P.(MD) No.19089/2019, dated 09.09.2019. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
